About
We are a Black Feminist Creative Services Agency dedicated to the economic futures of Black and Brown creatives through leadership coaching, project management, health and wellbeing coaching, and operational support. We aim to provide pathways to long term financial sustainable creative practices.
Mission:
RUMA is a Black Feminist Creative Services Agency dedicated to the economic futures of Black and Brown creatives through coaching, project management and operational support. We facilitate pathways to long term financial sustainable creative practices and serve those that exist at the intersections of multiple identities including Black, Queer, Trans, Femme, Mother, or of immigrant descent.
Vision:
RUMA is an incubator for audacious experiments, collective power building, and resource redistribution. We envision a world where everyone in our community has all basic needs met: financial, health, and culture. This includes our artists and our team. We are creating a world where we navigate art worlds with ease through interwoven infrastructures of care.
Values:
we are grounded in our mission to center the needs of QTBIPOC Artists. We value and center community care and are guided by the principles of community organizing, trauma informed care and restorative justice to improve the economic ecosystem.
