Open Collective Foundation is now our Fiscal Host

We've now moved our fundraising of donations to the Open Collective Foundation. This gives us a couple of new capabilities as we move to collective governance.
- Since Open Collective Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit, donations for U.S. residents are tax deductible.
- Our finances are now transparent, you can track money coming in and out.
A fee is deducted for fiscal hosting, including support for this platform. It's roughly the same as the overhead charged by Ko-Fi+PayPal on the old platform. If you have a monthly payment at on our Ko-fi page, I'd recommend following the instructions to cancel that and move it that over here.
