Release of Sequelize v6.11.0

This version is just a very small addition to support dot notation in attributes. Check this PR for more https://github.com/sequelize/sequelize/pull/13670
We have added this small release because we are now merging changes related to the migration to TypeScript starting with the actual build system and some first core files. More is coming soon and a first alpha version with the new TypeScript build pipeline was release under v6.12.0-alpha.1.
