Smiling healing yoga has been funded in Southwark for the last 6 weeks.
On Brown Street SE17, in a yoga centre called Bare Foot Yoga, and two community halls in Old Kent Road and Peckham.
The yoga centre wants to carry on the classes as it received 5 stars.
The impact from the targeted audience of women with chronic conditions was, wonderful as all said they had a better night sleep from the evening classes.
The impact was every week we had a women from Walworth and other local areas attend and was always given 4-5 stars.
We are looking at training more people with this style of yoga and laughter as it’s also very
Impactful to the mindset, for both adults and young people.
Especially as This yoga is now going to be in a youth club in SE17 and offered to both the young people and adults.
This impact will be amazing and I look forward to it.
