About
Snap Kitty Collective is a coordination layer for modern creative, technical, and community-driven ecosystems.
We operate as a fiscal host and execution infrastructure for projects that need structure without bureaucracy, speed without chaos, and alignment without gatekeeping.
⚙️ WHAT WE DO
Most ideas don’t fail because they lack talent — they fail because coordination breaks down.
- 💸 Fiscal hosting for projects and collectives
- 🧠 Operational coordination across teams and contributors
- 📦 Structured support for multi-project ecosystems
- 🔁 Flow-based funding distribution and management
- 🛠️ DevOps-inspired execution systems for real-world work
🌐 HOW WE OPERATE
Snap Kitty Collective functions like a DevOps system for organizations:
- Projects are onboarded like “services”
- Funding flows like “infrastructure resources”
- Decisions are structured like “deployment rules”
- Outputs are tracked like “system performance”
This allows groups to:
- move faster without losing accountability
- scale without losing alignment
- operate without administrative overload
🏛️ OUR ROLE AS A FISCAL HOST
As a fiscal host, Snap Kitty Collective provides:
- Transparent financial handling
- Structured fund routing for projects
- Compliance-aware operational support
- Administrative infrastructure so creators can focus on building
We remove friction between:
funding → execution → impact
🧠 THE CORE IDEA
Snap Kitty Collective is not a traditional organization.
It is a coordination layer for modern ecosystems — designed for:
- creators
- developers
- nonprofits
- experimental collectives
- early-stage innovation groups
We believe the future of organizations is not hierarchy — it is systems design.
🚀 MISSION
To build infrastructure that makes collaboration:
- faster
- cleaner
- more transparent
- and more scalable
Snap Kitty Collective
1. Overview
Snap Kitty Collective (“the Host”) provides fiscal hosting services to approved projects (“Collectives”) by offering financial administration, operational structure, and system-based infrastructure for receiving, holding, and deploying funds.
Our model is designed to support projects that are building structured, scalable systems with clear execution and long-term sustainability.
By applying to or operating under Snap Kitty Collective, you agree to the following Terms.
2. Collection and Custody of Funds
All funds received on behalf of a Collective, including donations, grants, and sponsorships:
- Are processed through the platform infrastructure
- Are legally held and administered by the Host
- Remain under the custody and control of the Host
Funds are restricted and must be used solely in support of the Collective’s stated purpose and approved activities.
A standard host fee of 15% is applied to all incoming funds.
This fee supports:
- financial administration
- compliance and oversight
- infrastructure and system operations
The Host reserves the right to adjust fees or apply alternative structures where appropriate.
4. Use of Funds
Funds must be used exclusively for legitimate project-related purposes, including:
- operational and development expenses
- contractor or contributor payments
- approved project activities
Use of funds for personal or unrelated purposes is strictly prohibited unless formally approved and documented as part of project operations.
5. Expense Submission and Disbursement
All expenses must:
- Be submitted through the platform
- Include clear documentation and justification
- Align with the Collective’s stated purpose
The Host reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny any expense
- Request additional documentation
- Delay or withhold disbursement pending review
6. Compliance and Responsibility
Collectives are responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and honest representation of their work
- Operating within ethical and lawful standards
The Host provides financial oversight but does not manage day-to-day project operations.
7. Transparency
Financial activity is recorded and may be publicly visible through the platform.
Collectives are expected to:
- Maintain transparency in how funds are used
- Provide clear communication where appropriate
- Operate with accountability to contributors and stakeholders
8. Admission and Participation
Snap Kitty Collective reviews all applications and reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny participation
- Request additional information
- Remove Collectives that violate these Terms or fail to meet operational standards
9. Termination and Fund Handling
In the event of removal or termination:
- The Host retains control over remaining funds
- Funds will be allocated in alignment with the Collective’s purpose and applicable requirements
- No guarantee of transfer or refund is provided
10. Limitation of Responsibility
Snap Kitty Collective provides financial and operational infrastructure but is not responsible for:
- Independent actions of Collectives
- Project outcomes or deliverables
- Misrepresentation or misuse of funds by a Collective
11. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Acceptance
By applying to or operating under Snap Kitty Collective, Collectives acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
