About

Our ability to create art is part of what makes us human. Fiction and No Cop Cities is a generative, introductory fiction workshop taught by Atlanta-born writer Ra’Niqua Lee (she/they). In this workshop, we’ll go over some basic tenets of fiction craft and interrogate how creative writing can speak back to the systems that hoard resources for policing while incarcerating and demonizing the folks who stand up and demand better, more equitable communities, cities, and worlds.

Please bring a notebook, pens and mask (we'll also have limited supplies on site!)
