As things start to fall in place for our parent company Blockchange Hodling Company LLC - we have started to prepare ourselves since we are also a part of the Blockchange launch. Something Out Of Nothing (aka SOON or 🔜 for short) has been updating our various social media profiles with a newer more colorful, cartoonish, and all around more friendly theme. You can see the banner above. It is nothing really special or amazing but it is the style/format that we wanted for the project launch. SOON will be releasing various details about the updates happening all across the Blockchange Hodling Company project, and spotlighting some of the newer pages as they launch.

We can give you some details about ourselves since we have mostly kept the project concealed over the last few years. We were founded in late 2019 as "From Broke To Broker" which was intended to mix law of attraction elements with all things finance. Another fintech stealth start up called "w3 (Wallstreet World Wide) acquired us and we merged together at the start of 2021. w3 was an investing platform and our acquisition was to essentially provide content, news, and we would be the overall community of the platform. This is all changed a few months later when an organization called "Self Made Dynasty" $SMD acquired w3 and 10+ other small, pre-seed level stealth start ups in the fintech sector. SMD pioneered a mining facility that not only powered all of their miners with clean energy, but they were able to donate additional spare power to the nearby city of Miami, FL.

Self Made Dynasty had partnered with another Miami business known as "ArkUp". ArkUp creates solar powered, aquatic mobility mansions/apartments. ArkUp assisted SMD with optimizing a custom office space that would serve as the home to the various SMD miners. Unlike many projects SMD did not focus all effort onto a singular cryptocurrency, and instead they mined dozens of different coins/tokens + running nodes and other outside the box tactics. A partnership with Ocean Power Technology $OPTT would further amplify the electric that the solar panels and windmills built into the ArkUp were generating. Ocean Power Tech. uses the waves of the ocean to generate hydroelectricity. The most notable product to come from SMD was a water coolant and fan system that required no extra energy to run, but both concepts helped to not only cool the miners... They also generated additional electricity.

SMD was donating the excess energy to families in need every month as one of the many charitable ventures on the agenda of the business. Eventually SMD was bought out by a company seeking to acquire their equipment, office, and clean energy concepts. As a term of this acquisition SMDs team + a small segment of their disruptive R&D portfolio would remain intact and free to relaunch a new brand. This is where Blockchange Hodling Company, Something Out Of Nothing, I Want My NFT, NFT Outta Nowhere, Infinite Imagination Inc., Overwatch, Checkmate AI, and several other projects would be formed officially.

Due to the complexity of the project details were meticulously reviewed, revamped, and repeatedly remixed in order to optimize the core concept of Blockchange Hodling Company. During this time many of the other projects would do small releases and none of them were pushed or promoted due to the project still being deep into development. Something Out Of Nothing (SOON) was the project that had the most activity as it attempted to release content, grow the community + audience, and earn finances of various sorts in order to fuel the NFT system designed by the project.

So... What is Something Out Of Nothing (aka SOON)?
Something Out Of Nothing (SOON) is a disruptive content creation company combined with an international/interactive digital community gated by an exclusive NFT collection that includes governance rights + an unprecedented 90% profit share model that automatically issues rewards to the the NFT holder's wallet. The project currently releases content in various formats (Audio, Text, Video, Short Video, Images, etc.) and it utilizes a massive network of known + new social media platforms in order to distribute their content by leveraging these social networks. Currently SOON features a different series for each day of the week + some alternates due to the inability for some concepts to run on a weekly basis. Currently the primary series "The Comeback Story" & series #2 "BlockBusters" (Think Myth Busters but with referral programs) have been released. According to SOON host/author Bill Yen "We've had everything, I really mean like every single aspect of it, we've had it all laid out and ready to rock for a year now. The only reason it hasn't seen more series released is that we were trying to wait before really hitting things hard and only start hardcore promo once Blockchange is prepared and ready for launch."

We still do not have the full catalog of free money dApps on that website, but we add a few more each day, and we now feature the newest additions right up top. We've continued to expand the various categories that separate these links + we have been looking into a far more normal website as opposed to the equivalent of a link in bio site.

SOONFTs: Something Out Of Nothing was listed above as a "NFT Gated Social Network", and it was also stated that those NFTs had an insane profit share mechanic attached to them. 90% of profitable revenue will be acquired in $OUSD (Origin USD). This is a stable coin index that automatically earns yield just by sitting in your cryptocurrency wallet. The index consists of $USDT $USDT and $BUSD - all of which combine to form $OUSD. The variable interest rate has never fell below 7% and often sits around 17% with compounded daily multiple payouts involved. $OUSD plays a big part in a lot of Blockchange's overall projects.

By using $OUSD to power our platform in a mirror fashion to how Blockchange does it, we are allowing the collective funds held by all Blockchange businesses to earn that yield and by pooling the funds together we earn a much higher payout. Additionally, SOON acquires various tokens, cash, and other assets VIA the BlockBusters, Comeback Story, or the officially announced now "OCD" series. That is right broke folks! The 3rd SOON series is called "OCD" which stands for "Obsessive Collectors Diary" currently. No doubt we have looked for a better "D" word. Destiny? Destination? Department? Really there are A LOT of options that beat Diary. So, it is possible that will change before launch. OCD is a series that has TWO different themes. The primary focus follows the format of "BlockBusters" and directly connects "OCD" to the main series "The Comeback Story". This series will see each episode devoted specifically to a certain cryptocurrency token (You will know the full season based on these checklists NFTs that we have) and it will school you on everything about that token. Then host Bill Yen will acquire at least 1 of each token. The second side of the series exists strictly for entertainment purposes and features obsessive collections from allover the world. The owners of these collections will let you know all the "deets" about the rare items and everything else related to these collections. Even with the dual nature of this series it is very possible that this just cannot be done on a weekly basis. That is why we will announce "Bill Yen's Top 10s" as our 4th series. Much like OCD and BlockBusters this will be able to tie itself to the main series "The Comeback Story". However... It also offers the just for entertainment abilities of OCD's 2nd side, and if need be we can do random Top 10 videos just for whatever. The reason these entertainment based projects are a part of SOON's lineup (despite the goal clearly being to keep everything tied to the main series) is because we felt it was something critical to our overall objective.

SOON intends to grow the following of these social media networks, monetize them, and the community members who hold these profit sharing NFTs now have an incentive to engage with that content as it directly increases their personal earnings. The best part of this is that once SOON has got everything going with the primary lineup of series, the project intends to incorporate multiple other earning mechanisms, and one of the main ones being an opportunity for content creators within the community to create, submit, and release content under the SOON brand. Essentially a new creator's project would serve as a new "SOON Series". This is where the project truly generates some amazing potential for profit. If the community grows to the extent that SOON imagines it can, we could see dozens of new pieces of content released daily across each of these social media networks, and having the same community poised and ready to engage that content - it should allow us to continuously grow our random/nonmember base/views/revenue while also rewarding everyone handsomely. If the project makes it to this point, SOON intends to expand with projects like "The UpLink" (A semi-social platform for sharing referral links), some form of data related incentives + PTC style advertising, and even a cash back project. Essentially, the project is trying to generate as much revenue as possible for this community, and that will always be the true goal of the SOON project. Even at phase 1 the project will be using the referral rewards offered by various programs as a method of generating something to share with users.

As we draw more close to the date of the real Blockchange Hodling Company launch - you will see a major increase in news/updates/content coming from SOON as we serve the additional duty of being a news for all of Blockchange Hodling Company LLC and our fellow Blockchange subsidiaries. Especially during this prelaunch period you can expect SOON to be the best place to know what is going on with everything.

Some of you may have also been curious as to the 10% of revenue that has been removed from the profit sharing system, and that is something else that we wanted to clarify way up front here... So... There are details that we cannot leak currently related to the overall Blockchange project, but what we will clarify on is that it is standard operation for a 5% tribute to go to the overall Blockchange Bank. This money is designed strictly to accumulate and for that accumulation to yield interest payouts that fuel expansion. As that core grows the income included with it also is going to grow, and all you have to do is locate an APY% calculator to see how quickly this can be a significant sum. Like we said... You will definitely get more details than you can possibly handle here soon.

As for the remaining 5% of profits... This will be used to fuel contests, giveaways, and other miscellaneous rewards/events for the SOON community. So, technically the entire 10% that is not included in the outline actually still comes back to the community in the end. Our goal is to have everyone walking away happy. That is also why we have not tried to breakdown the overall NFT system yet. We wanted the community to utilize the "Governance rights" included with the upcoming NFTs, and through that we can collectively iron out the remaining things that need to be configured properly.

Our overall design on the SOONFT project would operate something down these lines. Keep in mind that we are using extremely randomized numbers for example purposes and that these NFTs do not exist yet. Make sure that if you see any NFTs claiming to be ours that you double check our directory of official links/pages and find them through one of those sources. So, again, rough numbers for example here:

The basic idea is that starting with Phase/Wave #1 we would offer the largest profit share/governance/overall perks/benefits with the smallest total run. The #2 wave would see less of each item with more total ran and this theme would continue with a total of 9 or 11 waves (Because those numbers are cool). This requires A LOT of math and quite frankly... I hate math. That is why it has not been a true priority yet and plus we want to acquire some feedback from the community. Of course this community is not really a thing yet, but we are hoping that will change with the limited Phase 1 run. As we just mentioned there are a ton of other nice perks/benefits that we are going to be including with these - and best of all is that we do not really intend to mark them up or try to profit off of them. We are looking to make these NFTs basically just the cost of minting one.

One other thing that we do know is that each NFT has an overall SOON related theme to it. Of course the entire SOON series is compiled by a cast of characters, and we will likely see each character immortalized as the "Mascot" for one of the waves. We may also see side concepts like "The UpLink" or "Make Bank" do the same.
