Has been employed in the school system for 45 years and has worked to establish communities, dialogue and collaboration.  Songwriter, singer and guitarist. Lives i Copenhagen with my wife. Have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.  Today provides management consulting and facilitates processes. Is often in nature, hiking, winter swimming and living the summer cottage life.  Flow Game Host and Art of Hosting practitioner.
