Development stage - creation of routing

A small web framework that is currently under development. In the future it is planned to add a system of plug-ins, that is, each developer will be able to build code piece by piece without being bound to only one framework. The .net platform is an example of all of this. Approximately the same is planned to be realized in this framework: to make it simple, a developed system of plugins, the ability to quickly create a product.
