About
Four Kenyan musicians and two Gazan musicians were together for a live stream on November 17, 2024.
Kake Wakake, Lydiah Dola, and Kasiva Mutua performed in Nairobi. Kenyan Judith Bwire joined them from the US. Ahmed Raed Doghmush and Belal Saleh performed from Gaza. Kenyan Juliette Omolo hosted the event.

Emerging Voices takes no fees for itself. All donations will go to those whose efforts make it possible to prepare and present this live event. Currently, the site is self financed. We are seeking grant funding.
Fees will be distributed as shown here:
- Artist fees: £150/artist (3 Kenyans and 2 Gazans) £750
- Virtual Assistant (social media outreach and marketing plus web design) £900
- Project Coordination by and for Kenyans/Gazans £400
