About
Emerging Voices Webzine was founded in 2017 by Rose Levinson, Ph.D.
A London-based not-for-profit publication, the webzine aims to redress the imbalance in the voices we typically hear in the media, arts, and literary worlds. Over the past seven years the website has featured poetry, prose, and photography from writers in Gaza, Kenya, and Ukraine - amongst others.
The project has also hosted a series of Zoom talks with Palestinian activists and has a growing catalogue of podcast series available on Spotify.
To keep reaching out to writers across the globe - especially those who live in conflict zones - and to make sure their voices are heard, Emerging Voices relies on the generosity of its supporters.
