About
SWIMS - SEX WORKERS MAINLY IN SHEFFIELD - is a Sheffield monthly in person meetup for people currently working in the sex industry to connect, share skills, resources and find cummunity. We are a sex worker led collective and we are not operating with a mindset of ‘rescuing’ anyone. We aim to provide a judgement free space for swers to chat, make pals and rant about gross clients.
We provide hot food at every session, along with arts + crafts bits, film screenings, and occasion visits from local sexual health services to provide free condoms, lube, and educational resourses. Over the following months we aim to host a series of sex worker led workshops for people working in the sex industry. All of these workshops will be advertised via this platform, as well as on our instagram page: @swims.sheffield
