This employee cooperative corporation formed under RCW 23.78 is organized exclusively for educational, charitable, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
On Open Collective, we're only supporting the Swing Dance Cooperative at the moment, but we're looking forward to supporting similar cooperatives in the future.
