About

T4T is a small, non-hierarchical collective of queer, disabled survivors focused on healing through creative practice, teaching skill-building, and mutual support. Our mission centers on sustainability, autonomy, and accessibility within our community.

We are committed to maintaining professional, transparent financial operations. All purchases are meticulously documented through receipts, categorized spreadsheets, and itemized expense reports, which are being completed retroactively for purchases made before this was implemented.

We utilize purchase request forms supported by research, and maintain a shared drive (proton) containing standardized operating procedures, tax research, and financial records accessible to all members (via chat description or link).

Currently self-guided contributions & consensus-based decision-making as needed governs our collective, and members retain full ownership of their individual sales. Sometimes folks offer to invest back in the business but only if they desire to do so.

Revenue generated through part of our income is at times reinvested into essential business needs such as market fees, studio materials, and safety initiatives—including climate resilience infrastructure and secure network equipment.

Currently, we are exploring the potential benefits of restructuring as a for-purpose organization and are considering hiring a CPA to ensure our financial compliance and planning.

Our goal is to demonstrate professional-grade organization as we prepare for future opportunities, including grant applications, business loans, and long-term growth. We have been enjoying networking with & engaging more with our community & have participated in numerous events since operations ramped up in March.

T4T is being powered by a passionate, organized, and community-rooted team of our peers, who are working daily to build something meaningful, sustainable, and impactful.

I hope you will consider supporting our cause. Thank you.
