We have an announcement on updates on changes to how you can donate to our mutual aid efforts.

As many of you are already aware, we have been using the Open Collective platform to raise funds for a couple years, last year we had to find a new fiscal host as Open Collective had to dissolve Open Collective Foundation which was their nonprofit. Indaba Associates stepped in to be our new fiscal host, but we have gotten news that our friend who runs Indaba is moving away, so we would need to find another fiscal host or another way to raise funds.

Currently, we have been unable to find a new fiscal host, so instead, we will be getting help from our friends at Humanists of Tallahassee. They have graciously started a fundraising campaign for our mealshare, and all funds will be going to meal share supplies and bus passes!

We will be pausing our Open Collective page and will no longer be able to accept donations on that platform. We are asking anyone who is currently donating on Open Collective to switch their donation over to Humanists of Tallahassee's Give Lively campaign that they created for us.
