Now you can utilize most of the telega.el features without complicated steps including building TDLib from sources, building tgs2png, installing dwebp.  "telega-server" and all these tools can be run in docker container.  Starting using docker is exceptionally easy, see https://zevlg.github.io/telega.el/index-master.html#running-telega-server-in-docker for details.
