2023 Annual Update
Published on December 22, 2023 by Sydney Rothman
Happy Holidays to our entire Camila Foundation community!
As 2023 comes to a close, we wanted to share an update about where we've been and where we're at. Our biggest news is that we've acquired and are in the process of setting up our first-ever physical location in Pilsen. Our founder attended an AMPT Antiracist Restorative Cohort and earned CF's first-ever grant. We also submitted our 501(c)3 paperwork, which means we'll soon be leveling up as an organization!
In 2024, CF is launching a full slate of programming including core programs like Support Groups and Workshops. (Know any Latina mental health professionals or subject matter experts? We're looking for volunteers!) Finally, we hope to develop our first-ever Board in 2024.
To get updates on our newest programs and events, sign up for our newsletter on our website homepage.
The Camila Foundation is so grateful for your support, and we can't wait to share more over the coming weeks.
Happy Holidays,
Syd, Founder and Director
