Website launched!
Published on December 12, 2023 by Josh Bruce

We launched The Irreverent Agilist website!

Hopefully, it shows the intent of this project better than the brief blurb we currently have above.

One thing that keeps many of us from launching something is the belief that it's not "ready for prime time." And for good reason. In the early 2000s, it seemed like every online application was launched with a big "beta" symbol attached to it, and that beta symbol didn't go away for years (Hey, Gmail, how you doin'?). Now, we get updates to applications every two weeks whether we need or want them or not (I'm looking at you Facebook, Slack, MS Teams...basically everyone.)

What happens when:

  1. your product reaches feature stability?
  2. users no longer find defects?
  3. the majority of users aren't asking for new features?
