The Persistence

The Persistence is a group of women founders, technical leaders, and senior operators in technology companies who want to empower women to grow their careers while continuing to grow personally and professionally themselves.

About

The Persistence is a group of women founders, technical leaders, and senior operators in technology companies who want to empower women to grow their careers while continuing to grow personally and professionally themselves.

The group hosts regular events, meetups, coaching opportunities and more to provide a forum for women to discuss top of mind topics, get confidential advice,  learn from each other, and sponsor each other for roles and speaking opportunities. We aim to provide an opportunity for everyone to develop lasting and personal relationships with each other.

We also provide an exclusive year-long mentorship and coaching program for high-growth technology company founders and senior executives with a learning mindset. Small cohorts work with a leadership coach, fostering close relationships where leaders can address the biggest personal and professional challenges they face.

Our members include the most senior and impactful women from tech companies like Dropbox, Opendoor, Space X, Square, Waymo, Trulia, Asana, /dev/color, and much more!

We are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, and seek to create a safe space for all, especially for those who are under-represented.
