Please ignore our earlier email and accept our apologies that it included information for another service. You do not need to send any payment requests to us via email. Please continue to submit your expenses on Open Collective.

This will enable our team to provide you and our other groups with better support around financial queries.

Please ensure you submit and approve your expenses ahead of time.

In the event of a public holiday, payment dates may change. We will communicate the alternative payment dates to you at least 2 weeks in advance and give you enough notice to make any urgent payments. 

The next public holidays will mean that payments will change in April on the following dates:

Public holiday       | New payment date
Friday 18th April    | Thursday 17th April
Monday 21st April | Wednesday 23rd
