Well we have finally seen the back of January! Spring is in sight and we thought it would be a good time to send around a few page spring cleaning tips🌻

🕵Check your page admins - some of you have been around with us for nearly 3 years! In that time, there’s probably been a lot of change in your group makeup and this may impact who you want to have as an admin. If you have not removed someone as an admin, they may still have full rights! Check now and make sure only people you want as admins are admins. 

🛬Incoming Funds and Missing Contributions - it’s so exciting to see so many of you grow, with many of you getting more contributors and grants! We have now set up an incoming contribution form where you can let us know if you will be receiving a large incoming contribution so we can allocate it to your page!

As well as that, you can also share this form with your contributors. Sometimes contributions are made with the incorrect reference number which means we are unable to allocate them to your page. If any of your contributors can’t see their contribution, send them this form so we can allocate it to you!

📃Update your Expenses Policy - You may remember, way back when you joined us, that you created an expenses policy. As your group has evolved, it may be the case that this is now outdated. We recommend having a quick check of this to make sure it’s up-to-date!
