Colleague Streaming - Stephen Traiforos ramblingdeveloper on Twitch
Published on September 21, 2020 by Stephen Traiforos

Streaming:

Stephen Traiforos will be streaming on Twitch as ramblingdeveloper. He will also be reposting to his Youtube channel; Code, Coffee, Cats!. As the future unfolds he hopes to be writing not in the third person but have someone who enjoys sharing this information and managing other responsibilities.

Twitch: ramblingdeveloper https://www.twitch.tv/ramblingdeveloper

Youtube: Code, Coffee, Cats! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBu9v4k10MwiVDT-_OeOX5A

Topics:

He is not shy to talk about politics, technology and the like. He plans to use this as his outlet for his passion that his work does and does not always align with. IPFS managed storage is something that Traiforce Group LLC will be targeting through js-storage-chain which is still more or less an empty repository as more industry research is done and how we can describe to investors and future colleagues how and why is this technology not only worth investing in but worth building on top of to give users confidence with their data and its use.

Branding:

As you can see his Youtube channel and twitch is weakly branded if at all. That's because he is hard at work narcissistically writing these posts about the work he plans to do and work he will be talking about doing in his stream ;) :P

He looks forward to building something cool with this personal image and conversations over streaming about all aspects of life and encouraging a workplace where that is possible, not top to bottom but in a flat company structure and what that really means.

Mission for streaming:

To express myself in a way I would want others to not only be able to do but expect to do while working with me in various ventures. We are all people with thoughts, misconceptions, predjudice even if we do not know it. Buisness and personal life is often intertwined with development ambition. So this is how he plans to showcase be open and I can and will say things I want my organization to stand for, I am human and I am flawed yet to be open about those flaws and pursue a better company, better technology solutions and live a more balanced yet fun life where my freedom to speak and express myself and share valuable buisness insights is not restricted to an NDA, or document giving up my intelectual freedom and setting a precident for future colleagues and organizations I hope to found in the future.

Sincerely,

Stephen Traiforos
