We are super excited to let you all know that we are FUNDED for the next year, thanks to the International Trans Fund. The costs of 5 out of our 6 clinics are covered, as well as venue costs, some travel expenses for attendees, and some funds for us to improve what we do. We wanted to let you know that this means we will definitely be around to keep running clinics for the next year!

Getting funding can be really hard, especially for groups that focus on direct service provision and grassroots groups in general. Funded groups also can become more visible and end up snowballing resources in a local setting, at the expense of other valuable work. There are loads of groups doing great work in Glasgow, and while we are in this more fortunate position, we would ask that if you are looking to donate to a cause, you consider someone else instead, such as (non-exhaustive list):

Thank you for your support in making these clinics happen, it wouldn't have been possible without it. Because of that we've been able to get to this point of having funding. It's just the next year that's certain, but even that is a huge amount of stability in this context 💜
