We have three broad questions we would like you to answer:

1. What did you accomplish during 2023? How did you use money?

This year we launched our fiscal sponsorship with Open Collective. While we have not expended any funds since starting this sponsorship, we will be utilizing funds on January 7th for a distribution of food and essential items for our local unhoused community. Previous to March of this year, we had been continuing our mutual aid food distribution. Until our most recent fundraiser, our network had been on a break to re-organize and seek fiscal sponsorship.

2. What challenges did you face during 2023? What did your Collective learn? How did you change or grow?

We have continued to navigate getting back into the swing of our work after a year of stepping back from bi-weekly food deliveries to reorganize the network activity to match our organizational capacity.

3. What are your plans for 2024? Anything exciting coming up?

We plan to do more fundraiser events and essential item distributions alongside community groups in the coming year throughout the region. On January 7th, we will have our first action as a collective hosted by Open Collective.
