Today is Giving Tuesday, and we want to thank you for showing up for Trystereo all year round. Whether you attended our screening of All the Beauty and the Bloodshed at the Broad in March, donated for GiveNOLA Day in May, or are part of our sustained giving program every single month, thank you. As an all-volunteer collective, we provide essential harm reduction supplies to New Orleans and the entire state of Louisiana through a patchwork of grants, training fees, and donations. Most of our grant funding is restricted, which means we aren't able to use it to buy our most needed supply: syringes. And we need a lot of syringes!
Thanks to your support, this past year has been Trystereo’s biggest year yet. We distributed over 600,000 syringes along with 5,000+ fentanyl test strips, 13,200+ safe injection kits, and 33,000 doses of naloxone. We love the work we do, and we need your help to take it into 2024. This Giving Tuesday we are trying to raise $5,300 to fully fund one month of syringes. Can you help us meet this goal by midnight?
