Indemnisation pour annulation de concert, à savoir que tous les participant de la cagnotte sont au courant de la nature de cette dépense et sont ok avec celle-ci. Il avait été convenu que l'impact d'une annulation de dernière minute aurait sur les concerts suivant du groupe serait dédommagé. A financer avec la cagnotte "une cagnotte pour les artistes" Pour les autres artistes présents à l'assemblée pop, (clowns, acteurs, marionnettistes et échassier, une autre cagnotte a été faite sur place, les participants ont été généreux :)

Receipt: receipt for something you paid for that needs to be reimbursed. Expenses are generic and don't have the details of the person who paid.
Invoice: bill from the vendor directly addressed to the collective. They must be addressed to the collective at the attention of one of its members. If needed, here is a useful template.

How do I get paid from a Collective?
Submit an expense and provide your payment information.
How are expenses approved?
Collective admins are notified when an expense is submitted, and they can approve or reject it.
Is my private data made public?
No. Only the expense amount and description are public. Attachments, payment info, emails and addresses are only visible to you and the admins.
When will I get paid?
Payments are processed by the Collective's Fiscal Host, the organization that hold funds on their behalf. Many Fiscal Hosts pay expenses weekly, but each one is different.
Why do you need my legal name?
The display name is public and the legal name is private, appearing on receipts, invoices, and other official documentation used for tax and accounting purposes.
