About
The Urban Art Project brings art to public spaces across Plymouth, transforming neglected areas with murals and creative interventions. Our collective—comprising Plymouth Artists Together (P.A.T.), Creative Roots C.I.C., and Jessica Campbell-Plover—supports local artists and community groups by providing materials, resources, and small grants, enabling them to create visible, accessible artwork. Projects often explore social and political issues, including women’s safety and mental health, giving underrepresented voices a platform and making Plymouth more vibrant, inclusive, and community-driven.
Aims of the Project:
