As of the v2.11.0 release of Vale, the first goal of the 3x10 Funding Campaign has been completed: You can now use positive lookahead ((?=re)), negative lookahead ((?!re)), positive lookbehind ((?<=re)), and negative lookbehind ((?<!re)) constructs in all extension points.
