This zine is intended to make information about tenants' rights in Maricopa County accessible and serves as a resource for organizing with your neighbors. 

Tenant's Rights Zine

VTU highly encourages all members to pay dues to sustain the tenants union. Dues are sliding scale, starting at $1. We ask that members be considerate when choosing an appropriate dues commitment (for ex., salaried tenants with expendable income at least $5/month). Houseless, unemployed and formerly incarcerated tenants do not have to pay dues. No tenant shall be turned away from membership for the inability to pay—reach out to the Finance Committee if you’re unable to pay dues.
