Hi, I’m Vincent - an Enterprise Architect by day and an Open Source builder by night, based in Switzerland.
I publish my work under https://github.com/vincentmakes, where I focus on three areas:
• Enterprise Architecture tooling - most notably Turbo EA, an MIT-licensed EAM platform with a built-in MCP server that lets AI assistants query live architecture data, plus draw.io and BPMN integration.
• Smart building & HVAC - including a Home Assistant integration for Belimo actuators and ComfoSense alternatives, an ESP32-based controller bridging Zehnder ComfoAir and Hoval floor heating.
• Milestone - a lightweight project planning and lab resource management tool (FastAPI + Vite) for teams that need clean roadmaps without the overhead of Jira or MS Project.
