Rotary in Ukraine - Dodging Bullets to Tell the Story

What’s it like to live in a war zone for a year? To go through winter without heat and electricity? How has Rotary helped and most important what can we do now? Your donation helps us share all of this. Join us on this journey as we visit Rotary clubs and projects, refugee camps and orphanages. Soviet era train rides and crowded buses

The focus of this program is to create a business in Ukraine and train ten Ukrainians to go out and record our stories and create sustainable income for their families. 

Successful candidates will receive paid training, recording equipment, tablet computer, editing software, Rotary branded supplies and world-class support. They will become part of the team and be paid market-level compensation for the programs they produce. Their profile and programs will be broadcast around the world. Everything necessary to launch a successful carrier. 

It starts with a month long visit to the six countries so you can see what life is like there and how your donations have helped people survive. The trip will include club visits, going to Rotary projects and meeting Field Podcaster candidates. We will broadcast live and on-demand videos so you can experience everything as if you were there yourself.
