As part of the Year-end Update pipeline, here's the finalized plan regarding the new repository structure, and the plan to move all vue-stripe-checkout related resources to the new organization vue-stripe. These plans is designed to protect the projects from being abandoned in case that the main author won't be available anymore.

• vue-stripe-checkout will be transferred to vue-stripe
• the repository vue-stripe-checkout will be renamed and published as "@vue-stripe/checkout"
• the elements component will be moved and published to a new repository of its own named "@vue-stripe/elements"
