Film Festival Donations

Following the success of the last two years' Free Palestine Film Festival, this year's will be kicking off in November 2026.  It will take place across locations in West Norwood and we would love to see you there. 

The festival’s primary aim is to gather our local community to engage with the historic and ongoing struggle of the Palestinian people, particularly in light of the continuing genocide. Through this series of films, we hope to deepen people’s understanding of the scale and severity of the situation and raise awareness throughout West Norwood and beyond.
 

Each evening will feature a screening of carefully selected film(s), followed by a Q&A session with the West Norwood 4 Palestine team. There will also be time to socialise, exchange ideas and build connections within the community.

We want to keep this festival free so financial restrictions do not prevent people from being able to attend, but there are significant costs involved, such as venue hire, film licence fees and promotion. In order to do this, we need help from YOU!  Last year we received sponsorship from local businesses and many kind donations from supporters and attendees.  If you would like to contribute to West Norwood 4 Palestine's 3rd Free Film Festival, you can donate any amount you like below, under 'Contribute'.

Tickets for the screenings will be free (donations encouraged).  The first year we raised over £2300 for The Middle East's Children's Alliance (MECA) and £1,476.19 for The Sameer Project last year.
