This fund is available to resource the Wirksworth Queer community to organise around each others needs. Following an initial design process we agreed some of the things this fund might be used for include:
- Facilitation of workshops
- Purchasing items for shared dinners / shared activities
- Travel costs (both taxis/buses or reimbursing someone in the queer community for giving you lifts)
- Unexpected costs that individuals face (e.g. a bill that you haven't planned for or a self-care session you need but can't afford such as therapy or massage)
- Purchasing stim toys / shared tools / collective resources
