Hi neighbors of Wicker Park & Bucktown,

The past 3 weeks have brought in more aid requests than we’ve seen in previous months, and so we send a GIANT thanks to everyone* who’s been able to help provide basic needs and/or wellness to our fellow neighbors.

If you are in a position to give either time or resources, consider any of the opportunities below! We especially seek admin assistance, non-perishable food, and baby items to prepare for August's aid requests.

We appreciate all your energy, time and kindness.

In solidarity,

Call for help with Senior Outreach!

We’re still looking for more folks to do wellness checks on seniors in our neighborhood. We have phone numbers and a script, and you can do it from home at your leisure. More info here:

Seeking Volunteer Delivery Drivers

We deliver area families USDA perishable food boxes on Friday. Pick up for food boxes will be off of North/Western. Message us for more information.

Street Medicine Opportunity

Lastly, some shout outs…

We appreciate Goddess and the Grocer & Local Foods for their In-Kind Donations, which were distributed to area houseless encampments, Read/Write Library, and Brave Space Alliance.
