xoxo.zone is a Mastodon server open to past attendees and speakers of the XOXO Festival, which was held (mostly) yearly in Portland, OR between 2012 and 2024. Mastodon is a self-hostable social networking platform, and xoxo.zone is one of many interconnected ActivityPub servers that comprise the "Fediverse."
Contributions to this collective directly support the operation of the Mastodon server. Funds are not used for any purpose other than paying server-related hosting costs, and the costs of running the collective itself.
(xoxo.zone is not officially affiliated with the XOXO Festival, but due to platform restrictions, "xoxo" remains as part of the server name.)
