Yii 2.0.20 and extension releases

This release Tuesday was intense. Tagged Yii 2.0.20 fixing some bugs. Additionally, the following extensions were released:
Some extra time was spent on yiisoft/di refactoring and yiisoft/view. Yii 3 is moving forward but there's still tons of work to do. Details will be posted when there will more or less complete picture in place.
