An IT Specialist and Social Systems Designer based in Nasu, Tochigi, Japan.
Driven by the belief that “Information is Context,” I explore how people, culture, history, and technology can be woven together to create more sustainable and meaningful communities.

■ Philosophy: True Information Tech (IT)
I define IT not merely as a tool for efficiency, but as the "King’s Road" (Odo)—a method to redesign social structures by reconnecting the "dots" of people, places, and history.
- IT as a Cross (Crucifix):
The intersection of Information (I) and Technology (T) forms a Cross.
As the original purpose of IT, technology serves as a vital infrastructure for the restoration and renewal of society.
By reconnecting people, communities, cultures, and histories, it helps restore the relationships that give meaning and continuity to human life. - Search for the Ground of Existence:
Believing that everything existing with a history has a unique logic and reason; I use these historical narratives as the fundamental "ground" for all design and regional architecture.
■ Lead Organization: Nasu Next Origin Collective (NNOC)
An association established to build an autonomous local society rooted in culture. We reject the arrogant framework of "regeneration" (fixing from the outside) in favor of "receiving" local culture and connecting it directly to practical, real-world work.
■ Future Roadmap
We are implementing the following as a template for a new social system in Nasu:
- Cultural Transmission & Assetization:
Extracting the wisdom of the elderly and standardizing the process of passing it to the next generation and tourists through AI textbooks and digital archives. - Information Placement Design:
Utilizing digital signage and resource libraries to design "information pathways" that allow people to naturally encounter culture and make harmonized choices in their daily lives. - Regional Education and Global Circulation:
We believe that world-class education should not require leaving one’s community.
By combining local practical experience with globally recognized education—including bachelor’s degrees and international MBA programs—it becomes possible to build both professional expertise and deep community roots.
Living in a region such as Nasu also provides opportunities that are difficult to find in large cities: direct involvement in agriculture, tourism, community development, environmental stewardship, and the everyday challenges faced by local communities.
After gaining knowledge, skills, and perspectives from different cultures and industries around the world, these experiences can be brought back and reinvested into the community.
The goal is not simply education, but the creation of a sustainable cycle in which people can learn, explore the world, contribute locally, and ultimately live alongside their families, communities, and the natural environment.
This is the foundation of the future we hope to build.
■ Personal Achievements & Current Activities
Political Activism & Animation Visualization
Approaching politics as a means of social system construction, I take a hands-on role in campaign support. Much like designing stained glass, I use animation to transform a candidate's vision and regional issues into intuitive "narratives" that anyone can understand.
Music & Cultural Promotion
- Nasu Classic Music Festival: Serving as a Board Member (IT Specialist), integrating traditional performing arts with classical music and utilizing digital technology for cultural preservation.
- Christmas Carol Project: Organized the "Authentic Christmas Eve" at Hotel Sunvalley Nasu, uniting local choirs, pipe organs, and light to foster a community-led "new town development".
Specialized Technology & Fieldwork
- IT Consulting:
A certified Apple/Jamf specialist with high-level expertise. Currently serving as the IT consultant for the Italian luxury brand. - Children’s Community Space
Participating in a local community initiative that provides a place of belonging for children, families, and senior citizens.
Inspired by the natural connections formed across generations, I am grateful to be part of a movement that is helping shape the future of local communities. - Field Experience:
Having lived and worked in lettuce farming (Nagano), dairy farming (Hokkaido), strawberry farming (Okayama), and various community-based trades in Kyoto, I have gained firsthand experience in diverse working environments across Japan.
I continue to support local ranches, tea farms, and community activities in the Nasu region, believing that real understanding begins with participation in everyday life and wor - Pro-bono Work:
Providing technical support for regional initiatives, including participation in the "Nasucon Valley" project.
■ Base: Namba-tei
A sanctuary for contemplation located where Nasu's nature meets Western culture. It operates as an "Endpoint" where solitary travelers can face their own lives in silence and intersect with the stories of the land under the guidance of the house master.

■ 組織：那須文化創生機構（NNOC - Nasu Next Origin Collective）
文化を基盤とした地域社会を構築するために設立された団体です。
私たちは、外部から地方地域を「再生する」という傲慢な枠組みを退け、
地域文化を「受け取る」ことを重視し、それを現実の仕事や実践へ直接結び付けることを目指しています。

■ 構想
私たちは那須において、新しい社会システムの雛形として以下の取り組みを実装しています。
- 文化継承と資産化
高齢者が持つ知恵と経験を素材として、AI教材およびデータ蓄積によって、次世代や観光客へ継承するプロセスを標準化します。 - 情報配信
デジタルインフラを活用し、人々が日常生活の中で自然に文化と出会い、調和的な選択を行える「情報導線」を設計します。 - 地域を起点とした教育モデル
私たちは、世界水準の教育を受けるために地域を離れる必要はないと考えています。
子どもたちは家族や地域とのつながりを維持しながら学べます。
学士や国際MBAなどの世界共通の教育と、地域での実践経験を組み合わせることで、専門性と地域とのつながりの両方を育むことができます。
また、那須のような地域では、農業、観光、地域づくり、自然環境の維持など、都市部ではできない経験を日常の中で体験することができます。
その後、世界へ出て先進的な技術や多様な文化、人々の価値観を学び、その経験を再び地域へ還元していく。
私たちが目指しているのは教育そのものではなく、学び、世界を知り、地域へ貢献し、最終的には家族や地域、自然と共に暮らしていける循環の仕組みです。
それが私たちの考える「教育の未来」の出発点です。
■ 主な実績と現在の活動
- 政治活動とアニメーションによる可視化
私は政治を社会システム構築の手段として捉え、選挙支援活動に実践的に関わっています。
ステンドグラスがあるように、思想や理念や地域課題をアニメーションによって
誰もが理解できる直感的な「物語」へ変換しています。 - 音楽と文化振興
那須クラシック音楽祭
理事（ITスペシャリスト）として活動し、伝統芸能とクラシック音楽の融合、
および文化保存のためのデジタル技術活用に取り組んでいます。 - 聖歌プロジェクト
ホテルサンバレー那須において「本物のクリスマスイブ」を企画・運営しました。
地域の合唱団と宿泊施設を結び付けることで、住民主導による新しい「まちづくり」を実現しています。
このプロジェクトに関しては論文を書きました。

企業のIT とセキュリティ スペシャリストとして高度な専門知識を有しています。
現在はイタリアの高級ブランド企業に対するITコンサルタントを務めています。 - こども食堂
子どもや家族、高齢者の居場所となる地域活動に参加しています。
世代を超えた交流の中で、知恵や文化、人とのつながりが自然に受け継がれていく姿に大きな価値を感じています。このような活動が未来の地域社会を支える仕組みへと発展していく流れに参加しています。
- 現場の経験
長野県でのレタス農業、北海道での酪農、岡山県でのイチゴ農業、京都での便利屋業務など、多様な現場で生活し働いてきました。 また現在も那須地域の牧場や茶畑などを手伝ったりしています。
- 企業への専門家によるボランティア（プロボノ）
「Nasucon Valley」プロジェクトへの参加を含め、地域活動に対する技術支援を提供しました。
