Changes since 1.36.2
- fix incorrect filename causing tmpfiles.d config to not be installed for ubuntu focal and newer. Fixes https://github.com/ZoneMinder/zoneminder/issues/3258
- fix heap overflows causing crashes
- Apply height css to limit height of logout modal and apply overflow:auto to add a scrollbar if needed so that we don't have to scroll to logout.
