What We Do
- We encourage women who are interested in public service to take steps toward political involvement, whether running for elected office, engaging in party politics, or serving in non‑elected political roles.
- We support through training, events, mentorship, and resources, helping build confidence, skills, and networks.
- We work to raise awareness about the barriers women face in politics, and advocate for systems and policies that enable more equal participation.
