For two years, the Abundance Collective has been a space of deep connection, learning, and experimentation, all happening across screens and time zones. We've nurtured relationships that span continents, explored new ways of thinking about money, economy and our livelihoods, and created a foundation of trust that has surprised and moved us all. Now, we're ready to take the next step. This October, we're coming together in person for the first time.
Why this gathering matters
Between October 23rd-26th, 2025, Abundance Fellows from our first two editions will gather near Berlin for 4 transformative days. This isn't just about finally meeting face-to-face (though we're incredibly excited about that!). This gathering represents something deeper: a chance to anchor what we've built together and step more fully into our collective potential and way forward.
We're bringing 3 clear intentions to our time together:
🌀 Strengthening our web of relationships. The connections we've formed virtually have already sparked beautiful collaborations and deep friendships. Imagine what becomes possible when we can look into each other's eyes, share meals, and create together in the same space!
🌀 Shaping our collective future. By October, we'll have completed an extensive strategic alignment process. This gathering will be our opportunity to commit together to the path forward we've envisioned as a collective.
🌀 Experimenting with regenerative economic approaches. Starting with how we organize and co-own the resources flows for this gathering itself, we'll practice the conscious economic principles we believe in. This is our chance to walk the talk and deepen our understanding of what's truly possible.
The Abundance Fund: a living practice of conscious economics
At its core, the Abundance Fund is about embodying the values we hold dear. This fund will be collectively owned and consciously managed, with decisions made together with our members through what we call co-stewarding the economy.
This isn't our first time co-managing an Abundance Fund. We've distributed over €10,000 as a collective over the past 2 years, impacting both our personal and collective relationships to money. You can read more about it in our activity report from 2024, under the chapter Money & Resilient Wealth.
✨ Here's what we've learned When a group of people sits down to thoughtfully decide where money should go, magic happens. Instead of one person making all the decisions, we gather as a community and listen to each other's needs, ideas, and dreams. Sometimes the money goes to someone starting a project, sometimes to someone facing a tough month, sometimes to fund a beautiful experiment we all want to see happen. The fund is co-owned with care and respect, and everyone gets a voice in how it flows. It's surprisingly simple, surprisingly powerful, and always full of surprises - because communities know things that individuals alone can't fully grasp.
🫐 For this particular iteration of the Abundance Fund, we have decided to focus all the money flowing through this crowdfunding campaign in order to energise our upcoming in person gathering in October.
