The Problem: The "Theatre Tax" on Human & Artificial Intelligence
In our rush to optimize for speed and accuracy, we have ignored the most critical metric of progress:
Substance. Current AI benchmarks measure how fast a model can think or how accurately it can retrieve facts. But they fail to measure the "Organizational noise" the output creates. Does the AI output encourage Generative value, or does it merely produce Gestural Theatre? Does it provide Evidence-based solutions, or does it feed unproven hunches?

In a world drowning in performative busyness and "linear" short-termism, we are losing the ability to distinguish between work that looks good on a slide and work that creates a reality-shifting impact.
The Solution: The GIVER Index
The Agenticracy AI GIVER Index is an open-source schema and benchmarking standard designed to measure the Substantive Impact of both Human and AI outputs. Based on the GIVER Framework, we provide a new lens to audit, score, and align intelligence with personal, organisational and civilizational health.
GIVER stands for five universal dimensions of value, GIVER is not suitable to benchmarck subjective interpretaiton, taste, preference or artistic expression, but rather, to tasks that are value adding:
- G — Generative vs. Gestural: Quiet excellence and real progress vs. performative busyness.
- I — Impact vs. Interference: Path-clearing for the mission vs. value-added distraction.
- V — Verifiable vs. Vanity: Reality-creating impact vs. optics and vanity metrics.
- E — Evidence-based vs. Ego-affirming: Mission-aligned data vs. self-affirming hunches.
- R — Rooted vs. Rhetorical: Unsung "Doers" and long-term ownership vs. PowerPoints.
Our Philosophy: Moving from Linear to Circular
We believe that the current global "Linear" worldview—viewing life and capital as a one-way ticket to consumption—is the root of organizational waste. The GIVER Index facilitates a shift toward a "Circular" Worldview, where intelligence (human or artificial) is used to preserve the world, foster open collaboration, and build a legacy worth returning to.
What We Are Building

- The GIVER Open Schema: A standardized JSON/YAML framework for auditing work intent and output value.
- The AI Benchmarking Suite: A set of evaluation prompts and scoring algorithms to measure LLM alignment with GIVER dimensions.
- The "Kill/Heal" Diagnostic: Tools for organizations to identify "Zombie Projects" and reclaim lost capacity.
- Open Source Documentation: Training materials to help QI leaders and developers implement GIVER standards globally.
