About
Agenticracy is a community-backed open standard. This page funds the person stewarding it and the infrastructure keeping it independent.
My name is Vlad-Mihai Iorga. I am a psychologist, a former forensic clinician, an NHS digital innovation director, and the founder of Agenticracy™.
I have spent 20 years inside the institutions that AI is now entering at speed — law enforcement, healthcare, workforce systems. I have seen what happens when technology is deployed without a shared contract between the system and the humans inside it. I built Agenticracy because that contract does not yet exist, and the cost of its absence falls on people, not on vendors.
The Standard is free. The skill file is open source. The registry and reporting API are public. Any organisation, developer, or AI agent can adopt Agenticracy at zero cost.
Your donation funds three things:
The neutrality of the Standard — no lab, vendor, or government owns it; community funding is what keeps it independent
The Slopometry data commons — the measurement infrastructure that lets organisations prove responsible AI, not just claim it
The ongoing stewardship — versioning, research, policy engagement, and the Think Tank that evolves the Standard as AI evolves
This is infrastructure for the field. The same way open-source software infrastructure gets community-funded because everyone benefits from it existing, Agenticracy needs the same.
I am building this alongside a full-time NHS role, a family, and 14 years of running Psylligent. I am not doing it for a salary from the Standard. I am doing it because the alternative — AI deployed at scale without accountability — is a problem I have watched build for a decade and cannot ignore.
Every contribution, at any size, keeps this independent.
