Dr. Ismail Rizk is struggling with medications stock atm, and would have to stop operations for a couple of weeks until we secure more donations to support his work.
Dr. Ismail and his team are going from tent camp to another offering Medical consultations, medications, change of dressing and checking on festered wounds for displaced families and children in multiple areas in Deir-Al-Balah. Current meds and medical equipment are running out.
The Medical Team is comprised of Dr. Ismail Vascular Surgeon, Pediatrician, Dentist, and Nutrition specialist, with an ER nurse, and fractures nurse. They have 13 registered cases who require periodic home visits and access to medications on a regular basis. 4 Amputations, 5 Diabetic elderly patients, 2 cases with Venous Ulcer, and 2 cases with Cerebral Palsy.
Due to lack of medications and medical supplies, the mobile clinic activities are due to be suspended temporarily until we are able to secure more donations to help him keep going.
