In turbulent times humans, organizations and entire economies are naturally programmed to go into fight-or-flight mode, and when our bodies are in fight-or-flight mode we operate from subconscious programming which consists of historical data and acting on predictable outcomes.

This means that we resort back to what has worked in the past and which provides comfort and shelter. However, our natural instinct supersedes the steps that actually need to take place to get out of fight-or-flight mode, not necessarily in the near future, but to create a significantly better outcome in the distant future and for future generations.

Our world is about to go through one of the most turbulent times in history and one that will affect generations to come. It is now more important than ever to resist our natural fight-or-flight mode and instead welcome the adversity that lies before us.

This mindset will allow us to thrive in these turbulent times ahead, solve some of the world’s most pressing issues that have caused this chaos and lift up those around us who need our help.

Our next generation needs dreamers, visionaries, global innovators and innovative organizations to change the outcome of their future. We will need to collaborate instead of compete and we will all need to come together to help move our planet to a more sustainable and abundant future.
