Consistent, devoted practice yields efficacious results over time.  You will be assigned enjoyable work to perform between our meetings. This work will keep you moving forward in your quest to Self-realization. The activities and focus of each session will evolve over time relative to where you are in your journey.

I will also share anything that I uncover in my own regular practice that may be enjoyable or useful to you.
