Advice Processes
The Borderland and the Alversjö land project essentially organizes itself using two processes: Dream Prototyping and Consensual Do-ocracy, also known as the Advice Process. Our goal is that to the largest possible extent, decisions affecting the community should be made by using this process. We are still learning, and there will probably be mistakes and fuckups along the way, but we believe this is our way forward to becoming an even more co-created event. Used together with the Conflict Escalation Process, this process defines how power is used at The Borderland.
