Amiberry 4.1.5 release

Hi everyone!
It's finally time to release v4.1.5 to the public!
As a final touch, a speed improvement was added to Fast Copper, so it should match the performance of v3.3 now (mostly noticeable on RPI3 and slower platforms, as the Pi4 can handle things even without it most of the time).
Additionally, from this release onwards, there are a few changes in the binaries provided on the Github releases page:
- Added RPI3 64-bit binary, compiled on RPIOS 64-bit (Buster)
- Added RPI4 64-bit binary compiled on RPIOS 64-bit (Buster). This also works on the upcoming Pimiga2 distro, which is based on Debian 64-bit (Buster).
- All binaries now mention the OS they were compiled on (e.g. RPI-OS or Manjaro). Hopefully this will help avoid any confusion on why something doesn't run on your distro.
And of course, there were some more bug fixes included, since they were discovered during testing. The full list of changes will be available on the Release page, once all the binaries are compiled!
