Due to recent personal changes, I am very sorry that I couldn't make the re-distributions in time for July.

In that case, I propose we delay for July, that I will do it together with August. On the positive side, it also gives us more funds and flexibility to distribute them in large amounts.

I think it would still be better to distribute it as soon as possible and deliver it to the maintainers' hands. The goal in the future is to select a few projects to do continuous monthly forwarding, combined with manual picks for each month. This would allow us to support projects in more sustainable and predictable ways.
