About

Kia ora tātou, Hi, my name is Arthur Hon Sheng, and I am a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of professional experience.

I began my career as a professional chef, and over the past 8 years, I have honed my culinary skills while working in highly rated restaurants in Otago and Wellington, including Hiakai, Vault 21, Charley Noble and more. Cooking is my passion, and I love the creativity and precision that comes with preparing beautiful and delicious dishes.

In addition to my love for food, I also have a passion for photography and videography. I have worked with several well-known organisations, including Te Papa Museum, Red Cross, and Otago University as a professional photographer and videographer. Capturing beautiful moments and creating stunning visuals is a true joy for me.

After gaining experience in the food and media industries, I transitioned to the IT sector. I worked for a dental technology company as an Technology Consultant, where I gained deep experience in the project management, IT procurement, application development field.

Currently i joined Deloitte, NZ as an Consultant Analyst for the Human Capitol portfolio, specialising in HR Transformation. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to help clients optimise their HR processes and integrate their systems more efficiently. I am currently training to become an integration specialist, and I am looking forward to expanding my expertise in this area.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Food Science, which has provided me with a strong foundation in scientific principles and research methods. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges, and I am excited to see where my diverse range of experiences will take me next!
